Welcome.

I'm Wiebke.

I am a psychologist, a former COO of a global organisation, and an executive coach with a deep passion for helping others grow.

How I Grew

I founded Grow Mental Health to offer Executive Coaching services that combine lived executive experience with sound clinical knowledge.

I add to this an international and strong intercultural lens as well as specific expertise in workplace mental health.

Through this unique blend of expertise, I can add optimal value to the lives of executives and those aspiring to a senior role.

Key Milestones

Born in East Germany ‘behind the Wall’, I ventured out into the World as soon as I could – I traveled widely and spent 26 years in post-Apartheid South Africa, living across multiple communities and cultures, before settling in the UK in 2020.

While continuing my clinical work, I began working in the field of organisational mental health and employee assistance – helping organisations, their employees and leaders navigate mental health and wellbeing.

Over the next few years, I had the privilege to lead ICAS’s diverse teams across countries and cultures. Together we navigated Covid-19, rapid expansion, and the transition of becoming Lyra. I advised multinational customers of all sizes on their overall mental health strategy while helping them build resilience in uncertain times, crisis and change.

I studied Community and Counselling Psychology with a strong focus on sound clinical practice but also on critical psychology, systemic thinking and culturally relevant approaches.

in 2017, I was appointed COO at ICAS International - overseeing 49 operations across 155 countries.

In 2024, I decided it was the right time for me to start my own practice helping others to develop their own path and unique approach to executive leadership.
