What information we collect, use, and why

We collect or use the following information to provide our executive coaching services:

• Names and contact details: These are kept for correspondence purposes.
• Date of birth and other relevant demographic variables: These are collected if and when they aid the coaching process
• Health information (including dietary requirements, allergies and health conditions): Such information is collected if and when necessary for the coaching process.
• Records of meetings and decisions. These are kept as a record of the coaching process.
• Information relating to compliments or complaints. This is to ensure our services are of the highest quality.

We also collect or use the following special category information to provide our executive coaching services. This information is subject to additional protection due to its sensitive nature:

• Religious or philosophical beliefs.
• Health information

It should be noted that the above sensitive information is only collected if and when beneficial to the coaching process.

We collect or use the following personal information for dealing with queries, complaints or claims:

• Names and contact details
• Service history
• Relevant information from previous investigations
• Your accounts with us and records
• Correspondence

Lawful bases and data protection rights

Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide services and goods are:

• Consent - we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
• Contract – we have to collect or use the information so we can enter into or carry out a contract with you. All of your data protection rights may apply except the right to object.
• Legitimate interests – we’re collecting or using your information because it benefits you, our organisation or someone else, without causing an undue risk of harm to anyone. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to portability. Our legitimate interests are:

• To provide effective executive coaching, personal information is required - this is to understand the presenting concern/goal and assist with the achievement of set out objectives.
